OMAKS has the "Accubraille System," a very new technology that can apply Braille during the folding and gluing process.

With this technology, the Braille alphabet is applied during the folding and gluing stages. Most importantly, the system also performs quality control of the application throughout the production process using Braille-Scan technology, thus achieving the highest speed and sustainable quality

Different production processes are required in the manufacture of foldable box packaging. Camera-based position control technology is one of the most important elements of the production process.

One of the advantages of this technology is that it allows the embossing application to be done precisely where it should be.

Our production process undergo 100% quality control through high-speed scanning using cameras. This allows us to separate defects such as burrs, dust, foil errors, unsuitable lacquer coatings, embossing irregularities, and foreign objects before shipment to the customer.
